My mother brought me to Nan's as a child and now that I am a mama I have started bringing my own children in. we recently started a tradition of coming in on Mondays after school and taking cookies to my ailing grandmother in law. My favorite are the little pink almond cookies. Today I had a pumpkin bar and OH MY it was wonderful!
